Primary duties and responsibilities:
Conduct ground and flight simulator training for trainees
Evaluate the trainees' progress in gaining skills and knowledge by the standards established at the company competency and qualification authorized to instruct.
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
A solid base of knowledge is an essential part of what customers expect from their instructor. You must demonstrate competent instructional knowledge in a dynamic learning environment. Learn new skills that directly affect product value.
Effectively evaluate customer training needs and proficiently coach and instruct.
Employ creative and innovative teaching methods.
Attain applicable ratings and qualifications in an economical and timely manner.
A current CFI certificate with multi-engine instrument ratings is required for full time employment. Any loss of certificate privileges may result in permanent dismissal from the company.
