Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the S4 pilot training course.
Contribute to the development of a standardized training course for S4 instructor pilots.
Deliver standardized modules, including before flight planning and briefing, and after flight debriefs.
Analyze the performance of trainees and write reports on the findings.
Make recommendations regarding whether under-performing trainees should continue training.
Contribute to internal flight safety and standardization discussions.
Complete all required documentation in accordance with established Company and FAA procedures.
Observe all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Required
5+ years of experience as a Flight Instructor.
FAA Certified Flight Instructor.
A minimum of 1,000 hours pilot in command (PIC) flight time.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work extended hours.
Prior to starting employment, must be in possession of a current, valid U.S or foreign passport and able to travel freely between the United States and any foreign countries in which we may be operating.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
