DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead pilot team and oversee operations of the flight department.
Provide leadership for training & development in support of company vision and business goals.
Ensure compliance data integrity and security of all systems (safety, quality, etc.), policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws and regulations, including federal/international aviation regulations.
Participate in pilot recruitment.
Manage pilot onboarding.
Worked with DO/Ops team to coordinate crew scheduling.
Complete initial and recurrent training, aircraft currency/proficiency and aircraft operating standards.
Manage career path management for the Pilot workforce and training to ensure operating requirements are met.
Conduct IOE flights with new pilots.
Fill in on the flight schedule as needed.
Participate in leadership meetings and projects as needed.
Provide mentorship and conflict resolution within the pilot body.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must meet 14 CFR Part 119.69 to serve as Chief Pilot
8000 hours total time
3500 hours PIC
First class medical certificate
Airline Transport Pilot Certification
5 years corporate aviation operations experience
3 years supervisor or management experience in part 135
No accidents, incidents, violations, or DUI/DWI
Type rating HS-125 and CE-500 *Preferred
Ability to read, write and proficiently communicate in English language
Team player with a mission minded mentality
Abilities to work evening, weekends and holidays as needed
