Job Duties
•Facilitate initial, transition, upgrade and recurrent training, including A-320 systems, policies and procedures, applicable FAA Regulations and Emergency training.
•Prepare students for flight evaluations by providing high quality training and effective feedback.
•Conduct training tasks including lesson planning, classroom and simulator set-up, upkeep of current aviation publications and instructional training materials.
•Maintain record of all training activities, participants and results.
•Assist department managers as required for special projects.
•Assist in course design and development.
•Work closely with the A-320 Fleet Training Captain to identify and resolve issues with training.
•Model customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.•Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined
by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year as an instructor/check pilot or as a PIC or SIC in the A-320 series
•Served for at least one year as an instructor/check pilot or as a PIC or SIC in an airplane of the same Group.
•Successfully complete and retain PIC Training/Qualification on the A-320 and required recurrent training and qualification.
